Who We Are
It all began with dream of starting something completely new. I had a great vision, a passion for change and all the right skills. I have established Cresco Solutions Pty Ltd, a company dedicated to finding cutting-edge solutions and providing quality services to small and medium sized business and direct to the public.
HI I'M MONIQUE, and I'm fortunate to run a business in an industry that I'm truly passionate about.
I am now a mum and the business owner. Prior to this new journey I had a career in the corporate world, which totalled to 20+ years as Human Resources Business Partner. I've worked in industries as diverse as large global engineering and law firms to world renowned international humanitarian aid organisation.
Qualified at a post graduate level with over 20 years of experience in Human Resources and Health Safety Environmental Management and certified by various Human Resources Institutions I wanted to continue to contribute to our Australian economy.
Whilst being professionally successful in each role, my personal life was not so successful: I simply could not have a high flying career and be the mum and wife I wanted to be.
My purpose in life had to be re-evaluated and once I made the decision, that’s’ where a new journey started and I now run unique flexible business.
The company is totally flexible, work can be done remotely, globally and providing high quality service rather than quantity. Further to the HRM/HSEQ service the added value of our online Personal Development course and live seminars are available for those who want to take it to the next step in their life.
